Placing an Order
What payment methods do you accept?
For International orders we accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Meta Pay.
For International orders, please refer to the payment offering at Checkout.
In order for us to accept payment, your billing and credit card addresses must match.
Blue Chilli Bikini is not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors. Immediately upon purchase, a preauthorization will be placed on your card for your order amount.
Can I have my order sent to a shipping facility?
Yes! We are not responsible for any damage, lost or missing items once the package has been received at their facility.

hy couldn't I place an order?
Due to the exclusive nature of the product and high demand, certain items may sell out quickly. If a product is still available on-site, please contact customer service to assist with an order.
Post-Order
How can I track my order?
Your order tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place your order once your order has been shipped.If you have created an account, you can log inhereand review your Order History and check your order status.
What is your processing order time?
Processing time is the time between when an order is placed and when the order is fulfilled. Items are made to order and may take up to 5 weeks to fulfill.
How do I modify an order?
We are unable to modify products or sizes after an order is placed.
How do I update my shipping address or shipping method?
To modify your shipping address or shipping method, we request that you contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we recommend contacting the designated shipping carrier for any updates or inquiries regarding your shipment once tracking is received.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 HRS after the order is placed. Please contact customer service with your name, email, and order number.In order to request a cancellation, we respectfully ask that you contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship out of our Bali factory.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs and potential duties & taxes will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. They will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries require payments for duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and will be the customer’s responsibility to complete
How long will it take to get my order?
After receiving your pre-order, on average, deliver within 10 to 15 days after production is complete.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout as it will vary depending on order weight and location.
Exchanges & Returns
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
All items are made to order and we do not provide options for exchanges or returns.
What if I receive the incorrect item or size?

We do not offer gift cards.
When are you releasing products?
Most of our items do not have a set release dates. Please sign up to our newsletter with your email and or sign up for texts and you will receive alerts and exclusive access each time we release new products.
Do I have to set up an account to place my order?
No—you do not need an account with www.bluechillibikini.com in order to shop with us. However, registering for an account with us is easy and provides you with the following benefits:

What is the typical response time for emails?
